做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
