做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
